Please note:
For straight-cut labels, we recommend leaving at least 1/8″–1/4″ (3–6 mm) margin on each side for sewing, depending on stitch type.
All sizes shown are commonly used for clothing labels.
If you’re unsure, start with the most popular size — it works for most garments.
Standard Label (Straight Cut)
Best for external branding, patches, hats, and visible applications.

End Folding Left + Right
Both ends are folded inward to hide raw edges and create a neat, centered finish for stitching.
End Folding Top + Bottom
Top and bottom edges fold inward for a polished look—ideal when the label is sewn into a seam or pocket edge.

Before production, we review your artwork and confirm size and fold details with you.
No file? No problem — you can send it later.
Center Fold
Folded in the middle to create a classic “flag label” style—sewn into a seam with the design visible on the outside.

Manhattan Fold
A refined folded construction that creates a clean, structured tag—often used for premium garments and accessories.

Book Cover Fold
Folds wrap around like a book cover for extra structure and edge concealment—great for thicker fabrics and durable stitching.

Hanger Loop (Standard)
Designed for hang loop placement on garments, ideal for outerwear and premium apparel.
Hanger Loop (Reverse)
Reverse orientation version of the hanger loop—choose this if you want the fold direction flipped for your sewing method.
Hanger Loop (Even)
Symmetrical loop fold for balanced placement—clean look and consistent tension when hanging.
