UpperLabels provides custom clothing labels, woven labels, cotton labels, care labels, printed labels, heat transfer labels, hang tags, and related garment branding or packaging products.

Product descriptions, images, mockups, digital previews, and examples are provided for general reference. Final appearance may vary depending on material, production method, color, size, finishing, and approved specifications.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or adjust products, options, pricing, availability, or website content at any time.

6. Quotes, Pricing, and Order Details

Custom order pricing may depend on product type, size, quantity, material, fold type, color, finishing, application method, artwork complexity, shipping country, and deadline.

Website prices, quote estimates, and displayed examples may change without prior notice. For custom orders, the confirmed quote or checkout price at the time of order will apply.

You are responsible for providing accurate product details, including size, quantity, artwork, shipping country, and any special requirements. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect pricing, proofing, production, shipping, or delivery.

7. Uploaded Artwork and User-Generated Content

By submitting artwork, logos, text, care content, images, files, or design references to UpperLabels, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and submit those materials.

You grant UpperLabels a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted content only for purposes related to quoting, proofing, production, quality checking, customer support, repeat-order reference, and service delivery.

You remain responsible for ensuring that uploaded files do not infringe trademarks, copyrights, design rights, personality rights, or other third-party rights.

8. Digital Proofs and Approval

For custom orders, we may provide a digital proof before production. The digital proof helps you review layout, text, sizing, orientation, and key production details.

Production starts only after proof approval where proof approval is part of the order process.

Once you approve the proof, we manufacture based on the approved proof and confirmed specifications. Errors approved by the customer, such as incorrect spelling, wrong size, wrong color reference, incorrect care content, or layout choices, may not qualify for refund, replacement, or free reprint.

9. Payment and Order Confirmation

Payment is due at checkout or according to the confirmed payment instructions for custom quoted orders.

Available payment methods may vary by region and may include PayPal, card payment, or other payment options where enabled.

Order confirmation emails acknowledge that we have received your order or request. For custom orders, production details may still require artwork review, proof confirmation, payment verification, or additional communication before production begins.

10. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines depend on product type, quantity, artwork readiness, proof approval timing, finishing requirements, shipping destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, and other factors.

Tracking information is usually provided after shipment has been processed by the carrier. You can check shipment status on our Order Tracking page where tracking is available.

If we are unable to ship within a confirmed production or shipping timeframe, we will contact you with the available options.

UpperLabels is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier network delays, weather, force majeure, incorrect addresses, incomplete delivery information, or other events outside our reasonable control.

11. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country, shipping method, and local regulations.

For some destinations or shipping methods, tax-included or prepaid options may be available where applicable. Final handling depends on the quoted shipping method and destination.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and cooperating with customs or carrier requirements where needed.

12. Order Changes, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because most products are custom-made to order, changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to production status and our refund policy.

If production has not started, changes or cancellations may still be possible. After production begins, cancellations or changes are generally no longer possible due to the custom nature of the order.

13. Product Variations and Tolerances

Custom textile, printing, weaving, cutting, folding, and finishing processes may result in slight variations. These may include small differences in color, texture, size, thread appearance, material feel, cutting, folding, or placement.

Minor differences caused by normal production tolerances, material batches, screen display differences, lighting, or production method limitations are not considered defects.

If fine details, small text, exact color matching, or special placement is critical, please tell us before production so we can review feasibility and recommend suitable options.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, layout, icons, logos, and design elements, is owned by UpperLabels or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit website content without our written permission.

Your own uploaded artwork remains yours or your rights holder’s property. By submitting it to us, you only grant us the limited use rights needed to provide our services.
