Thank you for choosing UpperLabels. We are committed to delivering high-quality custom labels and tags to every customer. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The return is approved by our support team

⚠️ Please note: Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective customized items.
This includes personalized labels, hang tags, or any items made to your specifications.

Non-Refundable Orders

We cannot offer refunds or replacements under these situations:

  • You changed your mind or ordered incorrectly

  • You ordered a custom design but later decided not to use it

  • You failed to report a missing delivery within 7 days of expected arrival

  • We have valid delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • Fraudulent or abusive return behavior is detected

🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process the refund

  • It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your statement

📦 Return Instructions

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Items returned without approval or outside our timeframe will not be eligible for a refund

Order Changes & Cancelations

  • All orders are final once placed — we begin production promptly

  • If you contact us within 24 hours of ordering, we may accept cancelation with a $15 processing fee

  • If photo proof was provided, a $26 proof fee will also be deducted from any refund

🖼️ Photo Proof Requests

  • If you request a change to design, color, size, or logo after seeing your photo proof, additional fees may apply

  • Canceling after receiving photo proof will result in a $26 deduction to cover preparation costs

Rush Production & Shipping

Need labels fast? We offer Rush Production:

  • $85 rush fee for woven labels (1000+ pieces)

  • $65 rush fee for hang tags

  • Rush orders: 4–8 business days + shipping

  • Standard orders: 8–12 business days + shipping

Rush production starts once your order reaches “Production” status, not at checkout.
Shipping estimates vary — please check your delivery timeframe at checkout. UPS Overnight is available for most U.S. states [LINK].

🔐 Security & Fraud Prevention

  • We never ask for banking info, passwords, or request you install software

  • All communication about orders or returns will be through official channels only

  • Fraudulent activities such as returning used items or submitting false claims will result in account suspension and denied refunds
