At UpperLabels, we produce custom labels and packaging with care—from digital proof to final manufacturing. Because most items are custom-made to order, returns and refunds follow the guidelines below.

  • Custom-made items: generally non-returnable & non-refundable once production starts.

  • Before production: you can request changes or cancellation (see “Order Changes & Cancellation”).

Custom-Made Products

Because each order is produced based on your chosen options (size, fold, colors, artwork, quantity, finishing, etc.), custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund after production has started.

Important: Please review your digital proof carefully before approval. Once approved, we manufacture based on the approved proof and specs.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Before proof approval

You can request edits to artwork, size, colors, or specs. We’ll update your proof for confirmation.

After proof approval, before production starts

You may request a cancellation or change as soon as possible. If we can stop the process in time, we’ll confirm the available options.

After production starts

Once production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the order.

Defects, Errors & Quality Issues

If you receive items that are:

  • Defective (e.g., weaving/printing errors, miscuts beyond normal tolerance)

  • Incorrect (produced differently from the approved proof/specs)

  • Damaged during manufacturing

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue

  • A brief description of what’s wrong (and which quantity is affected)

Resolution options (case-by-case)

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement / reprint

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (only when applicable)

Color & Material Notes (Important)

Textiles and printing can show slight variations due to:

  • Thread/material batches

  • Lighting conditions

  • Screen color settings vs. real fabric

  • Small tolerance differences in cutting/folding

These minor differences are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
We strongly recommend approving the digital proof carefully, especially for fine text and small details.

Shipping Issues (Lost / Delayed / Address Problems)

Tracking your shipment

Please use [Order Tracking] first for the latest status.

Delays or “stuck in transit”

We will help you coordinate with the carrier when possible. However, UpperLabels is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather or force majeure

  • Carrier network delays

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Wrong or incomplete address

If a parcel is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank (typically a few business days).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made / personalized products

  • Orders produced according to an approved proof

  • Orders affected by incorrect customer-provided information (e.g., wrong size, spelling, address)
