Sewing Margin Recommendation
For straight-cut labels, leave at least 1/8″–1/4″ (3–6 mm) margin on each side for sewing.
Margin requirements may vary depending on stitch type.
Standard Label (Straight Cut)
Clean edges, no fold. Best for patch-style labels, hats, and external branding.

End Folding (Left & Right)
Folded sides add strength for sewing. Ideal for side seams and neck labels.
End Folding (Top & Bottom)
Folded top and bottom edges for a classic woven label finish inside garments.
Center Fold
Folded in half for neck labels or care label combinations.
Manhattan Fold
Tucked edges create a premium, clean look — commonly used in luxury garments.
Book Cover Fold
Wrap-around fold for maximum durability and high-end branding.
